A hydrogen generator uses electrolysis to separate the hydrogen and oxygen molecules. To create the HHO (the gas form of water, not steam) to help the fuel to burn quicker. This helps to reduce emissions and gain more mileage. The more gas burned in the combustion chamber the more power created in the engine. The systems have been around since the late 60's to early 70's.

The Hydrogen and Oxygen created by the generator is feed into the Air intake system. It is then mixed with the fuel in the combustion chamber. Hydrogen burns at 130 octane rating. So it is one of the first to burn. Acting as a fuse for the fuel from the gas tank. It helps to speed the burn time of the fuel.

1. One Hydrogen Generator (cell). Multiple cells can be used on vehicles. One is used for under 4.0 liter engines and two for up to 6.0 liter. Bigger engines are done on a evaluation and figured for cell number.

2. Two cells installed in the front bumper for easy access

3. Water fill tank for cells. Used to keep cells full of Water mixture. Just like a over flow does for your radiator for your vehicle. Easy access and easy to keep full.

4. Vehicle that the system was installed on. A Lincoln navigator was the subject for this installation.
