Some of the qualifications for a Franchise store are:
1.Must be a licensed repair facility
2.Must have licensed personal to work on customer vehicles
3.Must not be located in a city where we have a Franchise store already. Territory is based on city limits. This protects you from some one opening a store down the block from you.
4.Must have Sales Tax ID #
5.Other qualifications are on our franchise agreement.
Some of the qualifications for a Distributor are:
1.Must own a retail store location servicing auto repair shops, or fleet companies.
2. Must have a state sales tax ID #
3.Must now be located in a area designated to another Distributor. Areas are based on the size of company and delivery area. Stores with out delivery vehicles may be over lapped by other areas that deliver.
4.Other qualifications are on our Distributor agreement.
